Day 1.  For INDIVIDUALS 

Winter Solstice. Saturday 22 June. 

10 am - 4 pm

An interactive workshop to understand and integrate Yin/Fem' and Yang/Masc' polarity.

Offering fresh insight & perspective to gain clarity on relating with the opposite sex.

Engage in activities to practice expressing your needs/wants with different communication styles. 

Deepen your awareness to create conscious intimacy.

Receive potent tools to implement change, improving your communication and relational skills.

Bring a curious mind to increase your awareness and understanding of polarity. We'll use breathwork, movement, and playful activities to integrate this into everyday relating.

Day 2.  For COUPLES

An experiential journey for Romantic couples to balance Partnership,  Friendship, Companionship & Lover-ship

Engage in activities to practice expressing your needs/wants with different communication styles. 

Identify hurdles in your dynamic and navigate through them with ease.

Helpful take-homes to express authentically, increasing communication & creating more harmony.
